My name is Lois Garland and I am a coach with a strong background in both elite performance and sport science. I’m a two-time Scottish Senior 200m Champion, and my experience competing at the highest level has shaped how i coach speed, strength, and athletic development.
I hold a degree in Fitness, Health and Exercise, which allows me to combine real-world sprinting experience with evidence-based training methods. My coaching philosophy is built around smart, effective training that improves performance while also supporting long-term health and resilience.
